Hill Haze Festival 2024: Music, Comedy, Beer & Food - Under 12's Go Free!

Hill Haze Festival 2024: Music, Comedy, Beer & Food - Under 12's Go Free!

That’s right, we’re throwing a festival on August 3rd!

After long shifts & busy days, we often sit to debrief together as a team over a beer or two. We talked more & more about setting up a festival, somewhere to showcase up & coming talent in the South West & a project we could really sink our teeth into. We decided there’s no time like the present & we better get on with it!

Join us on Saturday 3rd August at Hill Haze Festival & enjoy a day filled with non-stop live music, comedy, games, food, a stocked-up beer tent & there’s even a kids circus workshop running all afternoon.

It’s the first year of our grassroots festival, & we’re thrilled to showcase some incredible talent that our region has to offer, including music from Joe Wilkins, The New Cut, Hot Lobby & many more! We also have a comedy set lined up for you with some award-winning Bristol comedians including Jessie Nixon, Millie Malone & Tom Hutchinson

We want Hill Haze to be a space for everyone - just like our Café/Tap. A place you can come & enjoy live music & beer with your mates; or a great family day out.

Our beer will be flowing all day & our coffee tent will keep you going courtesy of Colours Coffee. We’ll be running a food stall & plenty of games to keep the whole family entertained.

As cool as it would be, we can’t control the weather, so come prepared with suncream, hats & raincoats to make the most of the day, rain or shine!

So here’s the rundown:

When?

Saturday August 3rd from midday

Where?

In a field just outside of Hullavington, SN14 6EU- follow signs from the café.There will be plenty of parking available. It’s just a short walk from the village & a 20 minute drive from the nearest train station.

If yourself or a family member requires a wheelchair, there will be willing volunteers around to help. The festival is in a field & walkways will not be covered- so bad weather may make it slippy. We’ll have portable disabled toilets available.

What time should I arrive?

There will be music from just after midday until just before midnight. The kids circus workshop kicks off at 1pm. We’ll release a schedule closer to the event so you know what time each band is playing.

Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets are available here through Eventbrite- tickets may not be available on the door, so it’s best to buy them early to avoid disappointment.

We’ve never put on anything like this before, & we’re learning as we go, so please share this event with your friends, family & neighbours to get the word out.

We hope to see you there!

Best,

Flying Monk Team
